Creekhaven offers you a beautiful site and atmosphere for an
intimate wedding of up to 50 guests. With 3 lush acres, numerous outdoor
sites offer opportunities for you to create your own dream wedding
ceremony. Indoor we offer two large rooms that can be transformed to suit
your needs. Indoor weddings will hold a maximum 50 of your guests for sit
down type affairs. |

Requirements: |
- All of our 14
rooms must be reserved for 2 nights (assuming weekend wedding). All
unused rooms will be the responsibility of the wedding hosts. Facility
fee of up to $1000 per event is charged.
- Use of outside
catering will be required, which will include food, beverage, tables &
chairs, linen, dishes, glasses, tents, etc. (recommendations can be
offered)
- Referrals can be
made for local florist, wedding cakes, justice of the peace or
non-denominational churches.

Should you serve
alcohol at your event you would be required to ensure a licensed TABC
bartender is in attendance. You will need to bring in your own liquor.

A $500
non-refundable deposit will be required to initiate a room block. 60
days from arrival 50% of balance will be due, 30 days from arrival final
balance will be due. If a cancellation is made, no refunds will be
given of monies received to date.

Off site parking
may be needed depending on the number of guests you expect.
Arrangements can be made.

Room Reservations
for your guests can be handled individually with the Inn, or you can
provide guest list should you be handling their payment.

SMALL INTIMATE WEDDINGS: |
|
We have several
private locations for that small intimate wedding appropriate for 2 – 15
guests. We will be happy to work with you to help you create a special
memory. The use of the Water Lily Suite is recommended for this type of
event. Please call us for information. |
